The Company's continued its strategy in New South Wales of concentrating activities in limited areas but securing strong exploration land positions in those areas.

Compass' activities in NSW are focussed on copper/gold in the Parkes/Forbes gold belt and base and precious metals in Western NSW.

This strategy which is being successfully pursued in the Rum Jungle region targets multiple discoveries and control of large portions of potential mining districts.

The Trewilga project already has a gold discovery at Wyoming and a number of attractive additional prospects identified including the new Caloma discovery.
