Gordon Toll Chairman
Mr. Toll has over 38 years experience in senior commercial and technical
executive positions with major international resource companies
including BHP, Rio Tinto, Atlantic Richfield and Texasgulf.
He manages his private investment company based in the Isle of Man, is a
non-executive Chairman of Perth based LinQ Resources Fund, and is a
director of the AIM listed company, Eastern Mediterranean Resources.
Other private interests under development include ferroalloys and
industrial minerals in Kazakhstan, Iron ore in Brazil and gold in
Central Europe.
He is also a technical advisor to CD Capital, a London based investment
fund.


Richard Swann Managing Director
Richard Swann is a graduate of The University of Queensland in Mining Engineering (BE), Curtin University in Business Administration (Grad Dip Bus Admin), and Deakin University in Business Administration (MBA). He is also a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
He has worked for his entire career in the resources industry in a number of Australian States and also in Papua New Guinea and Argentina. In addition, he has travelled extensively in various roles and has spent considerable time in many visits to countries, including China, Japan, South Korea and New Caledonia.
The commodities he has been involved with include iron ore, coal, bauxite, copper, gold, nickel and cobalt. In more recent years he has taken key roles in feasibility studies for many projects and senior roles in the development, commissioning and operation of such significant projects.

Phil Cohen Executive Director
Mr. Cohen commenced practice as a solicitor in NSW in 1970.
Prior to
joining Compass he was a Senior Legal Adviser to a major international
resource company and has practiced extensively in the fields of resource
and mining law.

Dr. Thomas Girgensohn Independent Non-executive Director
Dr. Girgenshohn is an experienced non-executive director in the mining and commodities industries. Having been a partner with the Boston Consulting Group for 12 years, his focus has been on corporate strategy and finance for some of the largest most respected companies in Australia, New Zealand and Europe. He has experience in industry policy formulation for government and industry.
Dr. Girgensohn's directorships include Australian Bulk Minerals which manages the Savage River mine; the chairmanship of Stemcor Australia, a major trader in steel and raw materials; and Dairy Farmers.

Philip Wood Independent Non-executive Director
At the outset of his career, Mr. Wood qualified as a lawyer in Sydney, New York, London and Hong Kong, where he practised in international banking and corporate finance transactions. Subsequently he became a senior investment banker, progressively with Macquarie Bank Limited in Sydney, James Capel & Co in London and Resource Finance Corporate Ltd in Sydney.
Since 2001, Mr. Wood has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Intec Ltd., (website: www.intec.com.au) an Australian mining and minerals processing technology company, listed on the ASX and the Deutsche Boerse.
