* Construction of an oxide plant in 2007 to support 7+ years of mine life to produce copper, cobalt and nickel;

* Commissioning of a feasibility study in 2007 to determine the viability of developing a sulphide plant to support 20+ years of mine life to produce copper, cobalt, nickel and lead;

* Commissioning of a feasibility study in 2007 to determine the viability of developing a uranium plant to support 10+ years of mine life to produce U3O8.
Compass has a strong international investor base and network in China and South-East Asia that provides access to capital and partnerships to bring these assets into production as early as possible.
The company has a base metals resource base totalling over 84 million tonnes and uranium resource of 14.5 million pounds of U3O8 and has dominant ground positions in the highly prospective Rum Jungle area in the Northern Territory.
As well it has highly prospective exploration interests in New South Wales and Peru.
All of these area’s offer potential to substantially increasing existing resources as well as significant new discoveries through aggressive, well-executed exploration programs.
The Company’s objective is to advance to be a major base metals and uranium producer with at least three producing mines operating within the next five years.
